Pine Ridge Nursery School (PRNS) opened in October 1994. Our philosophy stems from the belief that children are “competent, capable, curious and rich in potential”. We believe that children learn best through active play and when they are having fun! PRNS utilizes the professional learning resource guide “How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years” (HDLH) to support program planning and development.
We have the opportunity to work with local special needs resourcing agencies that provide support services. It is our intent to offer inclusive environments for children and families. Please see our Program Statement for more information.
